Shipping policy

Our goal is to create your custom items in a timely manner and prepare them for shipping as quickly as possible.  All orders are shipped within 1 - 2 business days after the production of your custom item. Tracking information will be provided as soon as order ships.  Please allow 3 - 5 additional business days for the delivery of your order by the specified carrier.

SPECIAL NOTE:  We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost or stolen packages which are caused by the carrier.
